摘要
介绍了采用直线电机直接驱动的机床进给系统,提出了解决动态质量变化引起的系统性能劣化的方法.基于直线电机的控制原理,推导出直线电机驱动系统动态质量辨识和补偿的方法,对控制系统进行了仿真分析并在实际系统中进行了实验.
A typical structure of a linear direct drive feed system is introduced. A solution to solve the problem caused by variety of moving mass is presented. A dynamic mass identifier is designed to identify the variety of dynamic moving mass,and a mass compensator is connected with the system to optimize the system's performance online according to the identified result. The effect of online mass identifier and compensator on the direct drive feed system is simulated.
