摘要
液体灌装机桶口自定位系统以机器视觉原理为基础,利用CCD摄像机采集灌装桶口图像,经中值滤波降噪,得到加注口位置信息,成功地实现了加注口的识别与空间定位.控制系统发出脉冲指令驱动三坐标机械手,带动注射枪完成定位加注.讨论了该系统的工作原理和技术关键.
On the basis of the machine vision, using CCD camera to gather the picture of the charging point, filtering the noise through the median filtering, we can get the information of the charging point. The charging point on the barrel of liquid can be successively detected. The control system sends out impulse dictates to drive three - coordinate manipulator with injection - gun to finish the accurate position orientation. The key points and methods of the system are discussed and presented.
