摘要
技术创新、人力资源开发与农业生产结合起来，走农科教结合之路，是中国农村社区改造传统农业的必然趋势。在阐述农科教结合的理论基础的同时，探讨了中国农村社区农科教结合的动力机制与运行模式。
It is an inevitable trend to combine agricultural production with technology innovation and development of human resources, and to take the combination road in Chinese rural communities. Having expounded some relative theories, this paper discusses the impetus mechanism and the work pattern of the combination and presents policy advice on some key problems.
