摘要
用改良Fries培养液培养番茄灰霉病菌(BotrytiscinereaPersoon),取其培养滤液为粗毒素进行生物测定。结果表明,粗毒素对番茄种子萌发、胚根生长具有明显的抑制作用。对离体根冠细胞具有毒害作用,并可导致幼苗嫩茎湿腐缢缩而死亡。粗毒素经高温高压(121℃,15磅,30min)处理。
Botrytis cinerea Persoon isolated form lycopersium esculentum . It grew well in improved Fries liquid medium at 25℃, and produced B C toxin. The crude toxin (filtered culture fluids) inhibited tomato seeds germination, roots growth and kill cells of the tomato root cap. The crude toxin could cause tomato seedlings wilt. The filtered culture fluids was treated with high pressure (15b) and high temperature (121℃), its pathogenicity didn′t change.
