我国弱势群体存在利益表达不畅的现象,某些弱势群体为了维护自己的利益,在无处可以求助的情况下竟然采取“跳楼秀”等十分危险的方式来引起有关部门的重视。弱势群体的这种利益表达现状直接影响了社会的和谐发展。本文探讨了弱势群体利益表达补偿的现状和原因,并在此基础上尝试着设计比较合理的利益表达机制。

There is not a smooth outlet for the expression of the interest of the disadvantaged minority in our country. As a result,some people in the disadvantaged minority group have adopted some very dangerous means such as“killing themselves by jumping from tall buildings”in order to arouse the attention of some relevant departments to protect their interest.
