工业化的进程,有力地推动了我国经济和社会的持续快速发展。因此,工科人才的培养问题又成为高教领域新的研究热点。处于知识经济新时期所要求的人才必须是人文素质与科技素养相融合的人才。因此,在教育的功能上重新认识教育、科技、经济的一体化,在培养目标上致力于培养应用型人才,在培养思路上着力于科技与人文的耦合,是当前工科大学生素质培养的有益尝试。

A According to what society at the new stage requires of students in coUeges of engineering,In the new visual angle for the conformity of science and teehnology and humanities education, this paper analyses the requirements and standard toward students in colleges of engineering, and offers the basic and effective means of quality cultivation of students in coUeges of engineering.
