随着现代社会对教育提出的更高要求,教师成为研究者成为了时代的呼唤和要求。教师研究的意义和价值也逐渐为人们所关注并重视。教师从事教育研究是推动教育改革、促进学校发展、实现自我价值的重要途径。
With the higher demands of the modem world education, teachers to become researchers has become the call of the times and demands. The significance and value of teachers＇ research both have gradually come to people＇ s attention. The research on education is an important way to push ahead with education reform and promote the development of schools as well as acldeve self- worth.
