伴随着改革开放步伐的加大和中国经济实力的增强,对英语教师的需求量也大大增加,英语师资培训的问题也愈来愈突出,如何高效率地培养一代又一代合格、优秀的师资力量也成为当前教育界所面临的一个重要问题。文章通过实验,探讨小学英语师资培养中存在的问题,根据外语教学理论设计解决方案,以求在教学上有所突破。

With the progress of reform and increase of China＇s economy,request for teachers is greatly augmented thus the problem of teachers＇ training,which refers to how to cultivate qualified teachers from one generation to another, is stressed. This essay explores problems existing in teachers＇training,makes out a solution based on foreign language teaching theories and tries to make a breakthrough in language teaching.
