Development of China's Microelectronic Technology and the Birth of China's first Microcomputer using Integrated Circuit

作者结合切身经历,叙述了中国微电子技术和第一台组件计算机诞生的发展过程,回忆了中国科学院副秘书长李德仲先生对中国微电子技术的发展所作出的贡献,并以此作为对李德仲先生逝世的纪念。

The authors presented their personal experiences （1956-1978） on the development of China＇s microelectronics technology and the birth of the first microcomputer using integrated circuit. The valuable leadership and contribution by Li Dezhong, the Vice Secretary General of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was fondly remembered.
