摘要
乙醚浸泡除脂类化合物、乙醇提取、用分光光度法测定植物(细叶杜香、老头草、卷柏、银杏叶)中总黄酮含量,测定波长500 nm.芦丁作为标准品测定浓度与吸光度关系的回归方程:A=0.3596c-0.0532、r=0.9875,该方法稳定,可靠、重现性好.
Ethyl ether soak inter salts compounds, ethanol extraction, measured using spectroscopic plant ( Ledum palunrel、 Varang ustume、 Bubch; SelagineUa sinens is ( Desv ) Spring; Ginkgo biLobal; Leontopodium Leontopodioides(willd) Beauv) the total flavonoids content measured wavelength 500nm. Luding concentrations measured as a standard goods Xiguangduo relations with the return equation: A = 0. 3596c - 0. 0532, r = 0. 9875, which means stable, reliable, recurring character is well.
