摘要
采用回流和超声波两种方法对蒙药材接骨木中盐酸小檗碱进行提取,并用分光光度法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量,检测波长426 nm.回归方程为:Y=0.00393+1.28929X(mg/10 ml)r=0.99992;盐酸小檗碱浓度在0.099-0.796 mg/10 ml范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,平均回收率分别为:回流法96.19%;超声波法102.69%.实验结果表明,超声波提取法较回流提取法提取率高.分光光度法简便快速,适用于接骨木中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定.
Two methods, backward flow and ultrasonic wave were used in extracting Berberine Hydrochloride in Sambucus Williamsii Hance. Spectrophotometric method was adopted to determine the contents of Berberine Hydrochloride, the wavelength is 426nm. The regression equation is Y = 0. 00393 + 1. 28929X(mg/10ml) r = 0. 99992 ; With the extension of 0. 099 - 0. 796mg/10ml, the thickness of Berberine Hydrochloride has a linaer relationship with the absorbency. The average rate of recovery: Backward flow is 96. 1996 ; Ultrasonic wave is 102.69 96. It is concluded that ultrasonic wave is better in extracting. Spectrophotometric is simple and rapid and is suitable for the determination of the contents of Berberine Hydrochloride.
