摘要
本试验采用PEG-6000模拟干旱条件,研究渗透胁迫对蓖麻种子吸胀和种子萌发的影响.结果表明,蓖麻种子吸胀速率均随PEG处理浓度的增加而降低;5%的PEG处理能促进蓖麻种子萌发,10%和15%浓度的PEG处理对蓖麻种子萌发起到明显抑制;蓖麻种子萌发期可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量的变化均随着PEG浓度的增加先升高后降低,5%的PEG处理蓖麻种子可溶性糖含量最高,10%的PEG处理蓖麻种子脯氨酸含量为最高;哲蓖3号种子的抗渗透胁迫能力强于其它3个品种.
In this paper, we used PEG- 6000 to simulate the arid condition, and studied the influence of seepage stress on the imbibition and germination of Ricinus communis seeds. The result indicated that the imbibition rate of the Ricinus communis seed was decreased with increasing PEG concentration. 5 % low PEG concentration promoted the germination of Ricinus communis seed, but 10 % and 15 % high PEG concentration obviously suppressed germination of that; With increasing of PEG concentration, the change of the soluble sugar and the proline content assumed the tendency which increased and then reduced in Ricinus communis seed germination time, but the soluble sugar content was highest under 5 % PEG concentration , the proline content was highest under 10% PEG concentration; In a word, anti- seepage ability of Zhe three Ricinus commmis seed was stronger than other three kinds of Ricinus commmis seeds.
