HPLC法测定蒙药土茯苓七味汤散中栀子苷的含量

Determination of Gardenoside Content in Tufuling Qiwei Decoction by HPLC

目的：建立蒙药土茯苓七味汤散的质量标准.方法：用高效液相色谱法对处方中栀子有效成分栀子苷进行定量分析.采用VP-ODS（150L×4.6）柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液（15∶85 V/V）;检测波长为238 nm;流速为1.0 ml·min^-1.结果：栀子苷进样量在0.138-0.690μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 8）.平均加样回收率为99.4%（CV%=0.66）.结论：本试验方法既先进又简便,结果准确可靠,可作为该制剂中栀子苷的含量测定方法.

Objective：To establish the quality standard for Mongolian medicine Tufuling Qiwei Decoction. Methods： The chromatographic conditions were listed below： VP - ODS （ 150L× 4.6） column, wavelength of UV detector at 238nm, a mobile phase of CH3 CN - 0.1% H3PO4 （ 15 ： 85 V/ V）, and flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1. Results：Obvious linear relation was showed between the input mass of Gardenoside ranging from 0. 138 --0. 690μg and the peak area（r = 0. 9998）. The average rate of recovery for added sample was 99.4% （CV% = 0.66）. Conclusion：This method is not only simple but also advanced and the detection result is reliable. So it can be taken as an effective method to determine the Gardenoside content in this preparation.
