摘要
本文基于对广东电大某教学点面授辅导教学半年来的到课率的统计分析,通过剖析造成面授教学到课率呈下降趋势的原因,提出促进面授辅导教学效果和质量的提高,必须进一步转变教师观念、提高教师素质、改变辅导方式方法,加强对学生的引导和对学生自学能力的培养,转变教学管理理念,加强对面授辅导教学的研究、检查和督导工作。
With the statistics of class participation in face-to-face tutorials during a semester in a branch of Guangdong Radio and TV University, the author analyses the possible reasons for the decreasing numbers of participants and puts forward some ideas to improve the effect of tutorials, i.e., to renovate the tutorials by getting teachers' educational ideas transformed and their professional qualifications enhanced, to strengthen the learning guide for students' autonomous learning, to update the ideas on educational administration, and to enhance the research, checkup and supervision of tutorials.
