摘要
本文对断轴进行了宏观断口检查并对化学成分、力学性能、高低倍组织及微观断口进行了分析。提出了断裂原因及防范措施。
In this paper, the fracture surface of a failed axle was examined macroscopically. The chemical composition, mechanical properties, ma-cro-and microstructure of the fracture surface were analysed. The cause of failure is proposd, and the preventive measure is suggested.
