摘要 目的测定8种保健品中汞和砷的含量。方法用微波消解系统消化样品,用原子荧光光谱仪测含量。结果汞和砷的检出限分别为0.010μg/L和0.033μg/L,RSD分别为1.65%和1.37%,平均回收率分别为97.36%和97.28%。结论微波消解-原子荧光光谱法具有操作简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好等优点,可用于8种保健品中汞和砷的含量测定。 Objective To determinate the mercury and arsenic in eight kinds of health foods. Methods The mercury and arsenic in the samples were determinated by the atomic fluorescence spectrometry after digestion by microwave. Results The detection limits of 0. 010 μg/L and 0. 033 μg/L were obtained, the relative standard deviations were 1.65% and 1.37%, and the average recovery rates were 97.36% and 97.28% for mercury and arsenic respectively. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation, higher precision, higher sensitivity and repeatability. It is suitable for the determination of mercury and arsenic in eight kinds of heath foods.
