高效液相色谱法测定黄连上清片中黄芩苷含量

Determination of Baicalin Contents in Huanglianshangqing Tablet by HPLC

目的用高效液相色谱法测定黄连上清片中黄芩苷含量。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil(钻石)C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-2%醋酸溶液(55∶45),检测波长为274nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为26℃。结果黄芩苷进样量线性范围是0.11～2.20μg(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.77%,RSD=1.32%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、灵敏,可用于制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin contents in Huanglianshangqing Tablet. Methods The column was Diamonsil C18（150 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and 2% acetic acid solution（55：45）at a flow rate Of 1.0 mL/min,and the detecting wavelength was at 274 nm, the temperature was 26℃. Results The linear range of baicalin was 0. 11 - 2. 20 μg（ r = 0. 999 9） and the average recovery rate was 100. 77%, RSD = 1.32% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, high sensitivity and accurate with good repeatability and can be used for quality control in Huanglianshangqing Tablet.
