摘要
应用Fluent软件对掘进巷道内瓦斯运移机理以及浓度分布规律进行模拟.基于DSP,将模糊滑模变结构控制与开关磁阻电机引入智能瓦斯排放系统,充分利用开关磁阻电机优良的调速性能,实现智能瓦斯排放脉动通风,达到安全、高效、智能排放瓦斯的目的.与普通局部通风机现场应用对比,有效风量增加19%,年单台节电约16.9万kW.h.
The Fluent software was used to simulate the migration mechanism of the gas in excavation roadway and to analyze the concentration distribution rule, improve the design efficiency and safe performance of intelligent gas discharging system, Based on DSP, the fuzzy sliding mode variable structure control and switch resistance motor was introducted to the intelligent gas discharging system. The good drive capability of switch resistance motor was used to ensure the realization of pulse ventilation and make the system safe, more efficiency and more intelligent in the intelligent gas discharging system. Comparing with common fan on site, the intelligent gas discharging equipment adds efficiency quality of air 19%, saves power 169 thousand kW . h per year.
