绞股蓝总皂苷提取工艺研究

Study of Extracting Techniques of Gynostemma Total Saponin by Orthogonal Method

目的研究绞股蓝总皂苷的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计法,以绞股蓝总皂苷提取量为考察指标,对影响绞股蓝总皂苷提取工艺的因素进行了优选。结果提取时间、提取次数对提取效果有显著影响,乙醇用量的影响不显著。结论绞股蓝总皂苷的最佳提取工艺为:药材加8倍量70%的乙醇,回流提取3次,每次2h。

Objective To study the extraction techniques of total saponin in Gynostemma. Method According to the total saponin extracting rate, the extracting techniques were optimized by orthogonal design. Results The factors that extracting time and extracting times have significant effect on total saponin extraction, and the amount of alcohol solution has insignificant effect on it. Conclusion The optimal extracting techniques were A1B3C3, refluxing extraction for 3 times with 8 fold 70% ethand, 2 hours for each time.
