心律失常导管消融可供选择的能量 被引量:1

摘要 心律失常导管消融可供选择的能量有射频电能、微波、超声、激光、冷冻和β射线。目前,选择的能量主要是射频电能,因其有形成血凝块、焦痂、损伤心肌、栓塞等并发症,以及损伤深度不够,对少部分心律失常的治疗欠佳,使得研究其他可供选择的能量没有停止。初步研究证实其他能量各有其优越性,可能作为射频能量治疗的可供替补的能量选择。对一些特殊的心律失常,特殊的、能精确到位的能量选择可能会给治疗带来希望。
