房室结双径路1∶2传导引起室上性心动过速的电生理表现及射频消融治疗 被引量:7

摘要 1例男性,55岁的患者,持续性心慌2年。体表和食管导联心电图示P波周期780~840ms,P波与QRS波呈1∶2关系,即P-QRS1-QRS2顺序,QRS波形为室上性,RR间期呈长短交替。后经心内电生理检查和射频消融证实为窦性冲动分别经快、慢经传导(1∶2传导)引起的2次心室激动所致的非折返性室上性心动过速。并且消融慢径可治疗这种心动过速。
