含苯并噁唑环双偶氮光导颜料的制备及性能 被引量:1

摘要 以2-(4′-氨基苯基)-6-氨基苯并噁唑为重氮组分,以N-(2-氯苯基)-N-′(3-羟基-2-萘甲酰)脲为偶合组分合成双偶氮化合物。通过紫外可见吸收光谱和红外吸收光谱对产物的结构进行了鉴定。并以合成的双偶氮化合物为电荷产生材料制成功能分离型有机光导体,测试结果表明,在15℃下用DMF处理有利于低结晶度光敏性产物的生成,在可见光区的吸收较强。制备的光导体具有较好的光导性能,V0=770V,VR=40V,E1/2=7.6 lx.s。 The bisazo compound, with 2-(4'-amidophenyl)-6-amidobenzoxazole as the biazo component and N-(2- chloropheny)-N'-(3-hydroxy-2-naphthoyl) urea as the coupling component, was synthesized by coupling reaction. The synthesized compound was characterized by UV and IR. The photo-conductivity of the bisazo compound as CGM in OPC was studied. The bisazo compound, which washed by DMF at 15℃, tends to obtain the amorphism and has strong absorption in visible region. And the refined product by this treatment had a good photoconducitive performance, V0 = 770V,VR = 40V, E1/2 = 7. 6 1x · s.
