摘要
随着高等教育改革逐步深入,地方院校探索符合实际的办学特色显得非常重要。文章通过分析地方院校探索符合实际的办学特色过程中必须考虑的主要因素,提出必须考虑发展定位、强化师资队伍建设、狠抓教学质量、立足于人才培养、与地区经济建设和社会发展需要紧密结合等策略。
Along with the higher education reform going further gradually, it＇s extremely important for the local colleges and universities to explore distinctive features conforms to their reality on development. The paper sets up to elaborate primary factors should be considered in the process, and clarifies main strategy adopted： considering the university＇s developmental localization, strengthening the teaching staff＇s construction, promoting the teaching quality, basing on the talented person＇s cultivation, being integrated with the area economic development and the social development and so on.
