试析如何应对高等教育大众化阶段质量多样化的发展要求

Analyzing the Requiry of Development of Quality Diversification during the Popularization of Higher Education in China

现今,我国高等教育步入大众化阶段,教育质量呈现出多样化的趋势和要求。如何从以往的精英化教育模式中转变过来?首先应以人和教育的发展规律为依据,再逐步变革人才培养的方式,即把学生作为人力资源来开发,最后从教学与学生管理这两项最前沿角度施以具体举措。

Nowadays,higher education in China has stepped into the stage of popularization. The trend and requiry of diversification on education quality are emerged. How to transfer it from the past mode？ First,development rule of human and education should be respected. Second,it＇s necessary to change the pattern of training qualified manpower.
