The Study of Instruction and Answering Question at University

本文根据我校辅导教师在辅导答疑中存在的主要问题,对其原因进行了初步探析,提出提高辅导答疑质量的几种方法。

This paper points out some existing questions in instruction and answering question for assistants at university, and discusses primarily their generated reasons. In the end, some methods are pointed out to improve the quality of instruction and answer.
