试论艺术思维方式介入能本管理的必要性及对策

The Necessity and Measure of Introducing the Artistic Thinking Mode into the Competent Management

在管理理论和管理实践发展中,大致经历这样几次支配人的行为方式的价值观的选择,即:血统本位、金钱本位、权力本位、能力本位。前三种支配管理活动的价值观注重人的历史,这与管理的科学性有必然的联系;而能力本位价值观下开展的能本管理则更注重人的现实和未来的发展,这与管理的艺术性以及在此基础上生成的艺术思维方式息息相关。文章选择几个视角对能本管理视阈下艺术思维方式介入的必要性进行论证,意在分析能本管理对思维方式的诉求。

In the process of the development of management theory and practice,there are several times of choices of the values that govern people＇ s behavior concerning blood centered, money centered ,power centered and competence centered. The former three values stress man＇s history, which has necessary relation with the scientific feature of management. The compe- tence-centered value emphasizes man＇ s reality and future, which relates to the artistic management and the thinking mode. The paper discusses the necessity of the artistic management and the measures of introducing it into manage in order to reveal the requirement of competencecentered management for thinking mode.
