基础加骶管麻醉在小儿腹部手术中的应用

The Application of Basic Anaesthesia Combined with Sacral Anaesthesia on Pediatric Ventral Operation

目的探讨基础麻醉+骶管麻醉在小儿腹部手术中的应用效果。方法对43例小儿腹部手术进行基础麻醉+骶管麻醉,对麻醉效果进行评价。结果麻醉效果满意,无严重并发症发生。结论基础麻醉+骶管麻醉是小儿腹部手术的有效麻醉方法。

Objective To discuss the value of basic anaesthesia combined with sacral anesthesia on pediatric ventral operation. Methods 43 cases children were operated with basic anaesthesia associating with sacral anesthesia. The effect of basic anaesthesia associating with sacral anesthesia in ventral operation for children was evaluated. Results The effect of basic anaesthesia associating with sacral anesthesia in ventral operation for children was well-pleasing. There was no severe complication in 43 cases children. Conclusion Basic anaesthesia associating with sacral anesthesia is effectively anaesthetic method for pediatric ventral operation.
