摘要
介绍了环锭细纱机纺纯棉色纺棉/氨包芯纱的纺纱工艺,通过正交试验得到最佳工艺组合,当外包纤维的捻系数为360、芯纱预牵伸倍数为3.56时,包芯纱的各项性能指标达到最佳。
This article introduces the pure-colored cotton/Spandex core-spun yarn spinning technology on the ring spinning frame. Through the way of orthogonal experiment, a best technology is got. With the outer covering fiber twist factor being 360 and the inner core yarn pre-draft ratio being 3.56 times, the various quality indexes of the core-spun yarn reaches the most optimal.
