摘要
针对当今旋转机械故障诊断系统和安全保护系统提出新思路—故障监测、预防、诊断系统的需要,同时结合旋转机械故障振动信号的特点,以Windows2000及Windows XP为开发平台,采用LabVIEW及MATLAB为编程工具,综合计算机技术、虚拟仪器技术、信号处理技术与故障诊断技术等技术,建立一套虚拟式的旋转机械故障监测与诊断系统。该系统除可以实现信号的采集、处理、存储等基本功能外,还可实现对旋转机械故障的早期监测与其常见故障的诊断等功能;同时还为该系统配置一个小波分析模块,可以实现存储信号的小波消噪、小波包分解、发展趋势识别等功能。
This paper aims at the new idea of the diagnosis and safety system of rotator machine ——the needs of diagnosis, monitor, defence, diagnosis. Combined with the diagnosis vibration signal characteristic of rotator machine, based on Windows2000 and Windows XP, using LabVIEW and MATLAB as programming tools, the writer explodes the system of fault monitor and diagnosis of rotator machine, and it colligated the technologies of computer, virtual instrument, signal processing, fault diagnosis, etc. This system can complete the functions of data acquisition, signal processing, and memory etc. And it can complete the state monitor and fault diagnosis of rotator machine. At the same time, this system is collocated with a wavelet analysis module and it can implement the function of wavelet noise elimination, wavelet-bag analyze, the trend identify, tic.
