开封市白昼环境噪声的监测与分区评价 被引量:4

摘要 采用1km×1km方格网,在实地观测调查的基础上,对开封市环境噪声的空间分布进行分析;结合城市功能分区,采用模糊聚类将开封市环境噪声划分为10个区,拟定环境噪声的评价与控制标准;采用等效声级、噪声污染级、交通噪声指数等模型,对开封市环境噪声进行分区评价;结果显示:开封市多数区域处于“较安静”-“较吵杂”等级,北郊旅游区白昼噪声最为“吵闹”,南郊交通区和中心商务区交通噪声“吵杂”,西郊工业区工业噪声“吵杂”,他们是白昼噪声污染四个较为严重的区域。 Based on practical observation and investigation, this thesis analyzes the space distribution of environment noise in Kaifeng city through 1km × 1km grids. Owing to different functions, we divide the city into 10 sub-areas with obscure gathering analysis. At the same time, we give standard of appraisal and control of environmental noise. What's more, we appraise the daytime environmental noise of Kaifeng city by Leq,LNP and TNI models. It must be admitted that the daytime environmental noise pollution of most regions range from rather quiet to rather noisy. While, the tourism region of northern suburb is being polluted the most. In addition, the traffic region of southern suburb as well as the center of the city and the industrial region in western suburb are very noisy, too. These four regions are those being polluted seriously by noise at day time.
