摘要
依据《环境影响评价技术导则-声环境》的规定和要求,对220 kV户外变电站的平面布局进行假设和简化,并参照《声导则》推荐的计算公式,预测和分析站外不同高度、不同距离的噪声水平及变化趋势。同时结合湖北省220 kV户外变电站竣工验收的噪声实际测量结果,研究变电站噪声对周围环境的影响情况。
According to regulation and requirement of "Technical Guidelines of Noise Impact Assessment", plane layout of 220kV outdoor substation is hypothesized and predigested. Base on calculation formula recommended by "Technical Guidelines", this article predicts and analyzes value and change trend of noise in different heights and different distances at boundary of substation. This article integrates the result of noise measurement from check and acceptance of outdoor substations in Hu-bei province simuhaneously, and studies the noise influence of 220kV outdoor substation on environment.
