The paper discusses the significance of logistics information exchange,analyzes the feasibility of using ebXML to fulfill logistics information exchange and the advantages of logistics information exchange based on ebXML and brings forth the information exchange platform mode for China logistics enterprise on the basis of taking design idea of E-commerce criterion,ebXML exchange mode,of the UN as a reference.
