“防渚”、“锡穴”地望问题考补

Investigation on the Historical Locations "Fangzhu" and "Xixue"

“防渚”、“锡穴”是湖北十堰地区春秋时期的两个重要地名。古今说经之家虽多有论断,但仍有分歧和疑义,故从实补笔,认为:“锡穴”在今郧县五峰一带;“防渚”非“房陵”,而在汉水河谷的丹江口到郧县这段水路途中。

＂Fangzhu＂ and ＂Xixue＂ were the two important historical geographical names in Shiyan region during the Spring and Autumn period. There have been many investigations on the historical locations of the two geographical names, different from each other. So the author proposes his investigation： ＂Xixue＂ is in the Wufeng Town of Yunxian County; ＂Fangzhu＂, not ＂Fangling＂, is in the water region of Hanjiang River between Yunxian County and Danjiangkou City.
