Informal organizations of college students play an important role in the educational management in colleges and universities. The author applies the theory of informal organizations into the management practice of college students＇ organization, analyzes their types, characteristics, and their influence on formal organizations, and then puts forward some suggestions of how the informal organizations play an active role in students＇ affairs and how to restrict their negative aspects.
