摘要
首先分析和比较了国内外电子政务绩效评价体系,然后提出绩效评价体系只能是从多个层次和多个维度来进行设置,并给出了一个模型。该评价模型可以满足不同层次不同目的的评价需要,对中国电子政务评价体系的建设将有所裨益。
Based on the study on several appraisement systems, this paper argued that e - government should be appraised from different viewpoints and levels. This kind of appraisement system can cater to the appraising task for different level and different purpose, which is most useful for establishing drawing, appraisement system of E- government.
