摘要
目的探讨胃癌螺旋CT(SCT)表现的分子病理学基础,寻找与胃癌浸润转移相关的生物学标志,从分子水平对胃癌的侵袭、转移、预后作出正确评估。方法对81例进展期胃癌患者行SCT平扫及三期动态增强扫描,术后HE染色及金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)免疫组织化学染色。结果81例进展期胃癌组织中MMP-2表达率为69.1%,MMP-2表达与胃癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤侵袭程度密切相关(P<0.05)。结论MMP-2表达与SCT强化幅度、SCT显示的浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关。
[Objective] To investigate molecular pathology of gastric cancer (GC) exhibited on spiral CT (SCT), and to search for biologic markers related to invasion and metastasis of GC, and to predict invasion, metastasis and prognosis of GC correctly at the level of molecule. [-Methods-] Both plain SCT scan and triphasic dynamic contrast-enhanced SCT scan were performed in 81 patients with advanced GC. After operation, the specimens were stained with HE and detection procedure for MMP-2 was performed using immunohistochemistry. [Results] In 81 patients, MMP-2 positive rate was 69.1%, the expression of MMP-2 was closely related with tumor invasion, TNM staging and lymph node metastasis (P〈0. 05). [Conclusion] The expression of MMP-2 was closely related with the contrast enhancement degree, lymph node metastasis and invasion depth which are manifested on SCT.
