摘要
本文论述了一种用于冷轧机的新型厚度自动控制系统。它采用预报与估计的方法,既可以避免直接测厚仪所造成的时间延迟,又可以消除内支持辊偏心而引起的厚度计式厚度自动控制系统控制质量的恶化。
In this paper, a new AGC system for cold mill is presented. By mean of prediction and estimation, not only can it avoid the time delay from the gauge meter, but also it can eliminate the deterioration of the control quality that is caused by the eccentricity of the backup roll. A simulation result is given in the paper.
