介绍了海州矿破产后重组改制出现的新情况和面临的新问题,探讨了从政治思想工作、规章制度、培训等方面解决这些问题的具体方法,指出了今后在提升安全管理方面的4个方向。

It introduces the new conditions and new problem of regroup and upswing system, from politics ideology, rules of Haizhou opencast, training workers and so on, it discusses some proper methods. Finally it gives four ways to improve safety management in the future.
