摘要 首次采用正交实验法详细考察了常规溶剂法对印楝种仁中萜类物质nimbin的提取效果,得到(1)各因素的影响大小依次为料液比﹥提取时间﹥提取温度;(2)适宜提取条件为:料液比1:5,提取温度40℃,提取时间3h×3次,此条件下nimbin的提取率为72.197%。 Traditional solvent extraction technology ofnimbin from neem kernels has benn studied in detail for the first time and the most influencing factor was ratio of material to liquid followed by extraction time and temperature. The optimal conditions obtained by orthogonal tests were ratio of material to liquid 1 : 5 (w/v), extraction temperature 40℃ and extraction time 3 h × 3, then a 72.197% yield of nimbin was reached.
