摘要
目的:制定六味洗剂的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层层析法鉴别处方诸药,反相高效液相法测定没食子酸含量。结果:没食子酸浓度在0.16～0.64μg/mL范围内与吸收峰面积线性关系良好,标准曲线为Y=-16 887.5X+418 327,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为99.45%,RSD=1.12%。结论:六味洗剂质量控制方法准确可靠,分离度好。
Objective：To formulate the quality standard of Liuwei Lotion. Methods： Thin layer chromatography （TLC） was used to identified the each herbal in the lotion. Gallic acid concentration was measured by RP-HPLC. Resul： The concentration of gallic acid ranging from 0.16 to 0.64 μg/mL, showed good linear relation with the peak area. The standard curve was Y= - 16 887.5X ＋418 327, r = 0.999 7. The average recovery was 99.45%, RSD = 1.12%. Conclusion： The methods of quality control were accurate and reliable.
