摘要
目的:研究抗病毒滴丸体内、体外的抗病毒作用。方法:采用组织细胞培养法、血凝法和建立流行性感冒动物模型,对不同浓度的抗病毒滴丸与胶囊进行体内、外抗病毒实验研究。结果:抗病毒滴丸体外在0.781 g/L~0.390 g/L浓度范围内具有明显抑制流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒3型、副流感病毒和单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型的致细胞病变作用,但对柯萨奇B3病毒作用不明显。抗病毒滴丸体内在10 g/kg~5 g/kg的剂量范围内亦具有较明显抗流行性感冒病毒的作用。结论:抗病毒滴丸体内体外均有明显的抗病毒作用。
Objective:To study the actions of the antivirus dripping pills. Methods:The study was carried out by using tissue-cell culture, hemagglutination and establishment of the animal model of epidemic catarrhal fever. Results: Antivirus dripping pills can obviously inhibite the action of cell mutation on influenza virus, chimpanzee coryza agent, the third type of adenovirus, parainfluenza virus and Nol type of fever blisters virus in 0.781 g/L - 0. 390 g/L. Cytopathogenic effect for B3 Coxsackie virus was not found. The experimental result of in vivo antivirus indicated that the drug can be effective for suppression influenza virus, and the dosage range from 5 g/kg to 10 g/kg. Conclusion: The Antivirus dripping pills can obviously inhibite influenza virus.
