摘要
硬质合金钎头广泛应用于采掘工业,其使用寿命与钎头体的材质有很大关系;钢材的力学性能对钎头使用效果均有一定影响。因此,必须对选用的钢材性能进行全面考虑。文章根据凿岩试验,应用模糊数学方法,对我国钎头体常用钢种进行综合分析,得出热嵌固齿工艺所必须选择的适当钢种。根据评判结果所选用的钢种,在生产试验中取得良好效果。
Hardmetal bit is widely used in mining industry. The service-life of hardmetal bits is related to the material used. The mechanical properties of steel have an influence on the service effect; therefore, it is necessary to consider completely the properties of steel. Based on the drill testing in the field, the hardmetals widely used in our country were analysed using fussy mathematics. The steel applicable for the technology of hot fixing button has been selected. As judged by results, the selected steel has a good effect on the field testing.
