摘要 笔者综述危险化学品火灾爆炸事故鉴证工作的重要作用,针对分析鉴定工作中存在的问题和难点,提出鉴证工作的基本程序和方法即包括各种物证(含气态、液态和固态等物证)的采集、检材的提取、分析检验。在该类火灾爆炸事故发生后,对危险化学品生产、储存、运输过程进行综合分析,取得事故鉴证的结论——查明事故发生的真实原因,作为事故处理的技术依据。从而不仅查找出导致事故发生的原因,且可以举一反三,了解和消除生产过程中存在的问题和隐患,真正做到防患于未然。 The importance of evidence identification is described. Aiming at the problems and difficulties approaches for fire & explosion accidents of dangerous chemicals during evidence identification, basic procedures and are presented including collection of material evidence (including material in gaseous state, liquid state and solid state), abstraction of test material, and analysis and verification of material. After the occurrence of fire & explosion, comprehensive analysis of dangerous chemicals in the process of production, storage and transportation can be made to obtain the conclusions of accident verification, namely the real causes to accident, as the basis of accident handling. It is helpful not only to the find-out of the causes to accident, but also to the identification and elimination of potential hazards in production process.
