摘要 目的掌握2002-2006年全省食物中毒发生规律和特点,为制定食物中毒预防措施提供参考。方法对湖南省2002-2006年食物中毒发生时间、地域、原因、引发事件的食物种类、致病因素等进行统计分析。结果2002-2006年全省共发生食物中毒312起,中毒8231人,死亡52人,2003-2006年食物中毒发生率呈逐年下降趋势;第二、三季度为湖南省食物中毒高发季节;发生原因以误食有毒物品为主;食物中毒高发区域在农村,占83.01%。结论建立和完善食物中毒预警机制,加强对重点行业卫生监督,进一步提高公众卫生知识水平和自我保护意识。 Objective To find out the rule and characteristics of food poisoning happened in Hunan Province during 2002 to 2006, and to provide references for making preventive intervention policy. Method Statistical analysis was applied to data concerning time, district, cause, sorts of food causing poisoning accident, and pathogenic factors as well. Resalt During the period of 2002-2006, a total of 312 food poisoning outbreaks were emerged in the whole Hunan Province, out of which 8,231 persons involved and .52 died. The incidence rate shewed a declining trend year after year from 2003 to 2006. The summer and autumn in a year had the peak occurrence rate. The major cause of incidents was mistaken - eating of poisoning food, and mostly occurred in the rural areas, which accounted for 83.01%. To establish and perfect the inspection alarming mechanism for food poisoning, strengthen hygienic supervision to the focused industry, and further promote people's knowledge on sanitation as well as awareness of self- protection are required.
