辽阳市大学生艾滋病知识、态度和行为调查分析

Investigation on AIDS Knowledge,Attitude and Behanvior Among University Students in Liaoyang

为掌握辽阳市大学生对艾滋病了解的现状及为进一步的健康教育提供科学依据,在辽阳地区部分高校中抽取868名大学生进行艾滋病知识、态度、行为(KAB)调查。结果显示,大学生们对艾滋病传播途径和预防措施的认识比较缺乏;对艾滋病的相关态度认识不足;大学生们性观念、性态度趋向开放化,对待婚前性行为认同或无所谓者高达49.7%。因此,在大学生中开展全面系统的艾滋病健康教育已迫在眉睫;在大力加强学生的性道德教育同时,应对学生性行为进行正确的引导,促进正确行为的建立,阻止艾滋病进入校园。

To investigate the status of knowledge, attitude and behavior（KAB） about acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS） among university students in Liaoyang Province and to provide scientific evidences for the further heath education. KAB study method on AIDS was conducted in 868 university students selected from two universities in Liaoyang. The resuits showed that the University students knew little about AIDS, their attitudes toward AIDS were incorrect; 79.0%of the respondents feared AIDS. The rate of taking positive attitude towards premarital sex was rather high （49. 7 % ）. It is very impor- tant to carry out AIDS health education amonq university students.
