摘要
目的评价高炉改建项目的职业病危害控制效果。方法根据现场职业卫生学调查和现场作业场所有害因素测试结果,对本项目职业病危害控制效果进行综合分析与评价。结果除3#振动筛和皮带巡检工岗位检查超过PC-STEL外,其它粉尘检测均合格。另因防护设施密封效果原因致液压炮操作室、渣沟出渣处CO和SO2浓度超过PC-STEL,其它毒物浓度符合国家标准。结论项目职业病危害控制效果基本符合国家规定,应对个别尘毒超标岗位的防护设施进行改造完善,并且设置规范的职业病危害警示标识,加强个体防护。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of hazard control against occupational diseases after renovation of a blast furnace. Method On the basis of field occupational hygienic survey and tests of harmful factors in workshop, comprehensive analysis and evaluation were made to evaluate the effectiveness of control. Results The dust test results were met the allowance index requirement except the position of No. 3 vibration screen and belt scout. Other hazardness was excessive CO and SO2 because of improper sealing of protective devices. However, the release of other poisonous substances was tested to be within the national concentration standard. Conclusion The effect of this renovation of blast furnace has essentially reached the national standard for control and prevention of occupational diseases. Further renovation should be made to protection facilities in post that dust poison is excessive. What's more, individual awareness on self- protection must be stren.qthened.
