影响冷冻胚胎移植结果的相关因素分析 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨影响冷冻胚胎移植结果的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2004年1月-2006年5月在本生殖中心进行的96个冷冻胚胎移植周期中患者年龄、受精方式、胚龄及冻胚移植周期的方案、子宫内膜厚度及移植胚胎个数对冷冻胚胎移植结果的影响。结果96个冻胚移植周期中,解冻胚胎总数344个,复苏后成活298个(86.63%),获得临床妊娠29例(30.21%),胚胎种植率16.13%。患者年龄、受精方式、胚龄、冻胚移植周期的方案及移植胚胎个数均对冷冻胚胎移植后妊娠率、种植率没有明显影响。子宫内膜厚度对冷冻胚胎移植后妊娠率、种植率的影响比较明显。结论在诸多因素中,子宫内膜厚度对冻胚移植结果的影响较显著。 Objective To explore the influencing factors on implantation of cryopreserved human embryo. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 96 frozen- thawed embryo transfer cycles and then analyzed the effects of recipient age, fertilization method, culture time of the embryo, transfer programs in preparation of endornetriurn, endometrium thickness and the transferred embryo number on the implantation of cryopreserved human embryo. Results Among the 344 thawed embryos from 96 frozen - thawed embryo transfer cycles, 298(86.63% ) survived, 35( 16.13% ) implanted and 29 (30.21% ) recipients achieved pregnancy. The recipients' age, fertilization method, preserved time of the embryo, transfer programs and the number of embryo used for transfer had no influence on the implantation result after cryopreservation, but en- dometrium thickness had significant effects. Conclusion Among the tested factors, endometrium thickness has significant effect on the cryopreserved human embryo implantation.
