柱层析分离缩杂环卓草酮化合物

摘要 本文利用柱层析法分离缩杂环卓草酮化合物。首先用薄层板进行点样,根据板上点的个数来确定待分离的物质所含化合物的种类,以此确定我们所要的化合物,并通过各点的距离初步确定洗脱液的极性配比。然后对样品进行柱层析分离,在洗脱过程中,根据不同极性物质谱带距离的不同,分别收集,并通过薄层板监控,确定我们需要的谱带,再经旋转蒸发仪蒸发掉洗脱液,最后对收集到的固体物质进行重结晶,得到了我们所要的纯净物。产品经红外分析后,谱图中典型官能团吸收峰的数据与文献值差距较小,从而证明收集到的化合物就是所要的纯净产品。 In this paper the column chromatography was utilized to separate heterocycle-fused truponoid compounds. Firstly,thethin layer chromatography was used to analyze the kind of the compound what we need according to the number of the point. And the polarity of the eluant was confirmed by the distances between those points. Then heterocycle-fused troponoid compounds could be separated. In the process of elution, different compounds had different bands and wanted band could be collected by supervising. Eluant was evaporated through rotatory evaporator. The collected compounds were reerystalized to obtain pure product. Crystal form was better after purified through column chromatography. The typical functional groups were identified by the IR spectrums. And the results of the IR data were almost the same as reported. The collected compounds were pure in terms of all these results.
