摘要
目的探讨临床医学双语教学中存在的问题及解决对策。方法根据临床医学双语教学的实践经验及问卷调查结果,本文从课堂双语教学模式、教材选择、师资力量、学生英语水平、考核系统及营造双语学习氛围等方面进行探讨,探索一种高效的双语教学模式。结果在目前双语教学环境下,双语课堂授课英文比例以50%或稍低为佳;教材以简明的原版教材及根据原版自编的配套双语教材更合适;提高师生的英语水平、建立客观科学的评价体系、营造课外双语教学氛围可明显提高双语教学质量,引导其顺利发展。结论各医学院校仍需根据现有的实际情况,不断探索和总结成功经验,提高教学质量,使医学双语教学日趋完善、成熟。
Objective To study the main problems and strategy of clinical medicine bilingual teaching. Methods According to the practical experiences and questionnaire investigation, it is imperative to study the effective mode of clinical medicine bilingual teaching from the following aspects, such as teaching mode, text book, the quality of teacher, the English level of students, the evaluation system and the environment and altitude of bilingual studying. Results About 50% was the best ratio of English language in the teaching. The concise original medicine English text book and the relative reorganized text book were more suitable for the medicine students. Improving the English level of teachers and students, establishing the.objective evaluation systernand building the bilingual studying environment are important to improve the teaching quality. Conclusion It is necessary to explore the effective strategy of the main problems in clinical medicine bilingual teaching, which can improve the bilingual teaching quality and perfect the clinical medicine bilingual teaching.
