摘要 抗生素的广泛及不规范使用使得细菌耐药问题日趋严重,而获得外源性耐药基因是大多数细菌产生耐药性的原因。整合子通过整合酶介导的位点特异性重组捕获移动性基因盒,可赋予细菌新的耐药性。 The problem of microbial drug resistance is increasingly serious because of the uncontrolled antibiotic uses. Integrons are genetic elements that have the ability to capture, excise, and rearrange genes, particularly the resistance gene cassettes, via a site- specific recombination mechanism, and express them under the control of promoters. Therefore, integrons are considered important tools for disseminating resistance among bacteria and acting as gene reservoirs.
